We sit down together and go through what your business does, who your customers are, and what you want the site to bring in. You don't need to prepare anything technical — just talk about your business.
1–2 days
We show you the design before anything is built, as real screens you can open on your own phone. You tell us what to change, and we change it. Nothing gets built until you're happy with how it looks.
1–3 days
We build the site, put your photos and words in, and test it on real phones rather than only on a laptop. You get a private link so you can watch it come together.
3–7 days
We connect it to your domain, check every link and form, and put it live. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, and you get the passwords.

We stay on WhatsApp for as long as you're on a monthly plan. New prices, new photos, changed timings — send a message and it's done. If something breaks, you have someone to call.

Ownership
Your domain and hosting are registered in your name, and the passwords are handed to you at launch. Nothing sits on our accounts. If you ever decide to work with somebody else, you take everything with you and there's nothing to negotiate. A website you can't leave with isn't really yours.
Access
The person you talk to is the person who builds your site. No account managers, no support tickets, no waiting three days for a reply from someone who has never seen your business. We're based in Jaipur, so if you're nearby we'll meet you and look at the space in person — and if you're not, you have us on WhatsApp the same way you'd have a colleague.
Speed
Most of your customers will open your site on a phone, and plenty of those phones are cheap. We build for that first, so pages appear in a couple of seconds instead of spinning while somebody gives up and goes back to the search results.
Support
Going live is the start of the relationship, not the end of the job. Prices change, timings change, the menu changes, the festival offer needs to go up today. Send a WhatsApp message and it gets updated — you never have to log into anything or learn a system.

Every plan is a one-time build fee plus a monthly retainer — the fee covers designing and building the site, the retainer covers hosting, updates and support. The three plans and their prices are listed above. If none of them fits what you need, message us and we'll work out a number for your situation before anything starts.
About one to two weeks from our first conversation to going live, for a typical small-business site. The step that usually decides the timeline is content — how quickly we can get your photos, prices and details. If you need to be live sooner for an opening or a season, tell us and we'll say honestly whether it's possible.
You do. Both are registered in your name from the start, and you get the login details at launch. We'll manage them for you as part of the retainer, but the accounts are yours. If you ever want to move to another studio, you take everything and there's nothing for us to hand over or hold onto.
Yes, and you don't have to make them yourself. Send us a WhatsApp message with what needs changing — a new price, a photo, different timings — and we'll do it. Regular updates like these are covered by the monthly retainer. For bigger additions, like a whole new section or a booking system, we'll quote it before doing any work.
We keep the hosting running, keep the site updated, and stay reachable on WhatsApp. If something stops working, message us and we'll fix it — you don't need to diagnose anything, a screenshot is enough. You have a person to contact, not a ticket form.
We agree the full cost in writing before any work begins, and we'll confirm the payment schedule with you at that point. Nothing starts until you've seen the number and said yes, and there are no charges added later that you haven't approved.
You know your business better than we do, so the words work best when they start with you — but you don't have to write anything. Send us rough notes or a voice message and we'll shape it into proper copy for you to approve. For photos, your own are almost always better than stock images; if you don't have good ones yet, we'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.
No. You will never have to touch code, hosting settings or a dashboard unless you actually want to. If you'd like to make small edits yourself we'll show you how, but it's optional — most of our clients just message us and we handle it.
