The only place this site collects personal information is the free website review form. It asks for:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your current website, if you have one and want to share it — optional
• Your type of business, chosen from a short list

If you message us on WhatsApp or email us directly instead of using the form, we see whatever that conversation naturally shares — usually your name and your phone number or email address, the same as any WhatsApp chat or email you send to anyone. That's between you and us, not something this site collects separately.

One reason: to reply to you — to look at what you've sent, get in touch on WhatsApp, and put together the review or quote you asked for.

We don't have a mailing list, so we don't add you to one. We don't use your details for advertising, and we don't sell or share them with anyone else for their own use.

When you submit the form, it's sent using Resend, an email delivery service, straight to our own inbox. We don't store it anywhere else — there's no database behind this site holding a copy. It sits in that inbox the same way any email you sent us directly would, for as long as we need it to answer you.

Resend's part in this is limited to delivering that one message. We don't ask them to keep a copy, add you to a list, or use your details for anything beyond sending that email.

Resend is a US company, so your message briefly passes through their servers in the US on its way to our inbox — the same few seconds it takes any email to travel from one country to another.

This site doesn't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or advertising pixels of any kind. We have no way to see how you use the site, where you came from, or who you are, unless you tell us yourself by getting in touch.

If that ever changes, we'll say so here first, plainly, before anything is added — not bury it in an update to this page after the fact.

At any time, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct something that's wrong
• Delete it
• Withdraw consent for us to hold it

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, or a complaint about this policy, contact us directly and we'll deal with it personally — there's no support queue or ticket system to sit in.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and move the date at the top. We won't change what it says without changing that date.
