Terms
Terms of service.
The plain-language terms that apply if you use this site or work with us on a project. No legal padding — if something here ever needs to be more specific, we'll agree that with you directly, in writing, before it matters.

Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone who visits vedorastudios.com, and to anyone who works with us as a client — whether that's a one-off website build or an ongoing arrangement. Using this site, or engaging us for work, means you're agreeing to what's written here.
What we do
Vedora Studios designs and builds websites, along with the things that go with one:
- Website design and development
- Domain and hosting setup
- Logo and branding
- Content management
- Site maintenance
- Digital marketing
Project scope and process
Work begins once we've agreed on the scope of a project together — what's being built, and roughly how long it will take.
If something changes after that — new pages, a bigger feature, a different direction — we'll talk it through with you before doing it, and it may mean added cost or a longer timeline. We won't add either without telling you first.
Content you provide us
If you ask us to publish content — photos, logos, written copy, or anything else — you're confirming it's yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. We're not in a position to check copyright or ownership on your behalf, so that responsibility sits with you.
The same goes for anything false or defamatory. We build and publish what you give us in good faith — if something you've provided causes a problem, that's a question about the content, not about the build.
Payment terms
Most projects are priced as a one-time build fee plus a monthly retainer — the build fee covers designing and building the site, and the retainer covers hosting, updates and support once it's live.
The exact amount and payment schedule are agreed individually per project, since the size and shape of each one differs. Whatever we agree is set out in writing before work starts, not fixed on this page.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, the final deliverables we hand over — the website, its designs and its content — are yours.
We may still show completed work in our own portfolio, on this site or elsewhere, unless you'd rather we didn't. Just let us know.
Cancellation
Either of us can end an engagement. If that happens, whatever work has been completed up to that point is payable — cancelling doesn't undo work already done.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting and similar services are set up through third-party providers — for example, Hostinger. We handle the setup, but we don't run those services ourselves, so we're not responsible for an outage, billing issue or change on their side.
Keeping your access safe
Some projects need access to your hosting, domain or other accounts. When that happens, we only use that access for the work we've agreed to do.
We won't share your credentials with anyone else, or use them for anything beyond that work.
Liability
We deliver every project carefully, but we can't be held responsible for indirect losses — lost business or revenue, for example — caused by site downtime, a third-party service issue, or content you've asked us to publish on your behalf.
Using this website
This site is here for people to learn about our work and get in touch. Please don't scrape it, copy its content wholesale, or otherwise misuse it — if you'd like to use something you see here, ask us first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is handled in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
